Design for both the shelf and the delivery route

Retail packs need a clear product identity and a practical display format. Ecommerce packaging also has to protect the order through sorting, stacking and delivery. Compare a retail carton inside a shipper with a printed mailer that performs both roles. Measure the complete order with inserts and void fill, then test its handling performance. Right-sizing may reduce wasted space, but protection comes first. Include any return-shipping needs in the specification.

Which boxes are best for e-commerce?

Printed E-flute mailer boxes give a premium unboxing and enough protection for most light products. Heavier items ship better in B-flute or double-wall shipping boxes.

Can you size boxes to my product?

Yes. Send your product dimensions and weight and we will recommend a box size and board.
