Match the pack to the formula and sales channel

A skincare bottle may need a protective retail carton and insert, while a trial-size formula may need a compatible sachet. Share product dimensions, formula type and distribution requirements. Check direct-contact materials against the product and filling process; decorative finishes belong where they will not compromise product protection. For online orders, consider a corrugated mailer around the retail pack. Keep ingredient and usage panels readable when planning foil, embossing or spot finishes.

What finishes work best for beauty packaging?

Soft-touch lamination with hot foil is a popular premium combination, often with an embossed logo. Spot UV over matte adds contrast for a lower cost.

Can you make sample sachets?

Yes. Lay flat pouches make good sachets for creams, masks, bath salts and other samples.
